I would say this is one of five of my favourite projects I have written over the years. Everything fell into place easily for this album and I was so happy to create an album with some of my best guitar playing since my accident. I went on to record five more albums before my hands started developing arthritis which ended up slowing me down to retirement for a fair few years from recording.
This is a very progressive rock and metal affair and I was really pleased with the final take on the tracks. Again I had to programme the drums myself but I hope this does not detract from how good the songs sound, The ideas for the songs were all different lyric wise so this was one of my non concept albums as I had mostly written albums before with an underlining theme throughout.
The album picture was shot on location by a very talented and incredible photographer by the name of Barry Evans (Based also in Wales) I have known Barry since I was 17 and is one of my oldest if not my oldest and life long friend so was well happy he got involved in this project with me to create the cover. We originally shot footage to make a video but alas I fell ill and was unable to finish it, but we got a great album cover so was very pleased.
I hope you enjoy the riffs, music and melodies in this album, I had a blast recording it at a time of my life where my guitar playing was very fun to do.
