A short EP of four tracks, my son came up with a lovely concept of the tree in chains and so this project was born.

Each track was written and performed using my Shonky four string guitar, one of my favourite instruments in my collection.

Again, I have gone for a rawer sound, especially with some of the guitars in the tone side of things. I am using some nice fuzz distortions with reverb, bass and drums, a pretty spartan sound on some of the songs, with the exception of one keyboard on one track used for a particular phrase, other than that I wanted to keep keyboards off the project as much as possible.

We hope you like this short Progressive power rock EP, it was a lot of fun making this.
